The earliest of the citrus fruit from Deer Creek Heights Ranch; originated in the Satsuma prefecture of Japan. This fruit is so easy to peel it has been nicknamed the zipper fruit. It is sweet, seedless and low in acid. We grow at least three varieties, the Okitsu Wase, Dobashi Bene' and Owari.
