"My visit to the ranch was extremely enlightening. I never realized how many unique and wonderful citrus fruits were out there. I couldn't wait to share experiences like tasting the Palestine Sweet Lime or African Shaddock (whose name doesn't do it justice) with my family and friends. I liken citrus to wine; there are many varieties to try and the more you taste, the more you appreciate it when you find an exceptional fruit. I feel that awareness of these varieties really needs to be raised; too many people are missing out on some wonderful flavors."
