Fallglo Tangerine

[Contact us for a price]

This variety of tangerine matures the earliest at Deer Creek Heights Ranch, usually by the first week in November. The fruit is very large, often over 3" in diameter, and flat shaped when compared to other tangerines. Its thin skin is easy to peel and has a very bright red/orange color. Its juicy bright orange flesh has an excellent flavor, even when compared to later varieties. It is a cross between a Bower hybrid and a Temple tangor and grows on upright trees whose branches bend outward when the fruit is ready to pick.
